Breathe. Feel. Reconnect.

A journey back to yourself.

An intimate 2-hour breathwork experience for women who are ready to slow down, reconnect with their bodies, release emotional tension and remember what it feels like to be fully alive.

A space where you don't have to perform, achieve or hold everything together. You are allowed to simply be.

Small, intimate group · Maximum 4 women · Guided in English

A SPACE TO COME BACK TO YOURSELF

When was the last time you truly felt connected to yourself?

Maybe your mind is constantly busy. Maybe you've been carrying stress, tension or emotions that you haven't had the space to fully feel.

Maybe you're so used to taking care of everyone else that you've forgotten what it feels like to be held yourself. Or maybe you simply feel the desire to slow down, reconnect with your body and experience something deeper. You don't need to have a problem to deserve a space for yourself.

This Ceremonial Breathwork Circle is an invitation to step away from the noise of everyday life and turn your attention inward.

To breathe, feel & reconnect.

And to meet yourself exactly where you are.

WHAT THIS EXPERIENCE CAN OFFER YOU ...

More than just breathing.

This experience is an invitation to:

01 — Reconnect with your body

Move your attention away from constant thinking and become more aware of your body's sensations, needs and signals.

02 — Explore your emotions

Create space to acknowledge, feel and gently process emotions without judging or suppressing them.

03 — Support nervous system awareness

Become more familiar with your body's responses to stress, activation and relaxation, while practicing mindful self-awareness.

04 — Release everyday tension

Explore physical and emotional tension through breathing, movement, rest and body awareness.

05 — Experience deeper self-connection

Listen to your inner voice, reconnect with your intuition and become more aware of what truly matters to you.

06 — Create space for inner calm and clarity

Step away from daily responsibilities and give yourself permission to slow down, reflect and simply be.

You don't need another thing to achieve. Sometimes the most powerful thing you can do is give yourself permission to feel. These are possible experiences and intentions, not guaranteed outcomes or medical treatment benefits.

WHAT IS CEREMONIAL BREATHWORK?

Your breath is a bridge between your body, mind and emotions.

Ceremonial Breathwork is a guided breathing experience that combines Conscious Connected Breathing, somatic awareness, music and mindful facilitation. Conscious Connected Breathing is a breathing technique in which the inhale and exhale flow continuously, without intentional pauses.

This active breathing pattern can create an altered state of awareness and bring physical sensations, emotions and inner experiences into your conscious awareness.

Through this process, you are invited to explore what is happening within you, reconnect with your body and make space for emotions that may have been difficult to acknowledge in everyday life.

The intention is not to force a breakthrough or make something happen. It's about creating space for whatever is already there.

Every experience is different.

You might feel emotional, peaceful, energized, vulnerable or deeply relaxed. You might experience something completely unexpected, or simply enjoy being present with yourself.

There is no right or wrong way to experience this journey.

Important: Active connected breathing can also cause dizziness, tingling, muscle tightness and strong emotional responses. It is not suitable for everyone. You will always be encouraged to respect your limits and return to gentle, natural breathing whenever needed.

What to expect during our 2-hour circle

01 — Arrival & Grounding

We begin by arriving in the space, connecting with our bodies and creating a sense of presence.

You'll receive an introduction to the breathing technique, the safety guidelines and the intention behind our practice.

02 — Ceremonial Breathwork

You'll be guided through a Conscious Connected Breathing journey accompanied by carefully selected music and mindful facilitation. You remain in control of your participation and can slow down, pause or return to natural breathing at any time.

03 — Rest & Integration

After the active breathing experience, you'll have time to rest, reconnect with your surroundings and integrate what you have experienced.

04 — Sharing & Closing

We close our circle with an optional sharing space. You are welcome to express your experience, ask questions or simply listen. Sharing is always voluntary. Everything you feel is welcome. Nothing needs to be forced.

AN INTIMATE SPACE, JUST FOR YOU

Only 4 women. One shared experience.

I intentionally keep these circles small. Not because transformation needs to be loud or intense.

But because I believe that being truly seen, heard and supported can make a meaningful difference.

With a maximum of four participants, there is space for individual attention, personal guidance and a calm, intimate atmosphere. You don't need any previous breathwork experience.

You don't need to know how to meditate. You don't need to share anything you're not comfortable sharing. Just come as you are.

MEET YOUR FACILITATOR

Hi, I'm Charlotte.

Ceremonial Breathwork Facilitator & Nervous System Mentor.

My work is about helping women move beyond simply functioning and reconnect with themselves on a deeper level. Through nervous system education, somatic practices, emotional awareness and conscious breathwork, I support women in creating a more connected relationship with their bodies, emotions and inner world.

My own journey has taught me that understanding yourself intellectually is only one part of the process. Sometimes we need to experience ourselves beyond words.

To feel instead of constantly analyzing, to listen instead of controlling, to reconnect instead of pushing through.

That's why I love Ceremonial Breathwork.

My intention is to hold a compassionate, grounded space where you feel respected, supported and free to experience your own journey.

IMPORTANT SAFETY INFORMATION!

Is Ceremonial Breathwork right for you?

Your physical and emotional well-being are my priority.

Conscious Connected Breathing is an active breathing practice that can significantly change your breathing pattern and carbon dioxide levels. It may lead to dizziness, tingling, muscle spasms, strong emotions or changes in awareness.

Because of this, the practice may not be appropriate for everyone.

Contraindications

Please do not participate in the active Conscious Connected Breathing practice if you have any of the following conditions, unless you have received appropriate medical clearance and I have confirmed that participation can be safely accommodated:

  • Pregnancy

  • Cardiovascular disease, including significant heart conditions, uncontrolled high blood pressure, previous heart attack or stroke

  • Epilepsy or a history of seizures

  • A history of aneurysm

  • Glaucoma, retinal detachment or other serious eye conditions that may be affected by pressure changes

  • Severe respiratory conditions, including uncontrolled asthma or significant breathing difficulties

  • Recent major surgery, serious injury or an unhealed fracture

  • A history of psychosis, schizophrenia, bipolar disorder with manic episodes or other serious psychiatric conditions that may be destabilized by intense breathwork

  • Current severe psychological distress, acute trauma symptoms or significant dissociation

  • Any other medical condition for which rapid or deep breathing, hyperventilation or strong emotional activation may pose a risk

If you have diabetes, take medication that affects your cardiovascular or nervous system, have a history of panic attacks, or are unsure whether breathwork is suitable for you, please contact me before booking.

Medical clearance does not automatically guarantee participation. Depending on your health history, a gentler breathing practice or another form of support may be more appropriate.

Please contact me before booking if you have any questions or concerns about your health.

“This was my second time attending a Breathwork Retreat with Charlotte, and it definitely won't be my last. After the first retreat, I already knew I would be coming back – and now, after the two-day retreat, I feel even more certain. The space she creates, and everything that is allowed to unfold within it, is so beautiful and fulfilling. Breathwork was the breakthrough I needed to calm my countless racing thoughts and finally experience silence in my mind – something that had seemed impossible through any other approach.

Charlotte guides you with such a beautiful, compassionate and understanding presence that you never feel strange or judged, no matter what comes up. You can simply be your whole, authentic self without having to worry about anything. And the connection with the other women, even though we were complete strangers, is incredible. It feels as if you've known each other forever. Truly magical.”
